Registration Information: September 2025
Registration for the 2025-2026 program will open on April 23, 2025.
New faculty at any rank, including part-time and affiliate faculty who teach, are invited to register. All participants who register will be enrolled in the Teaching@UW Canvas site for new UW faculty, which will open in early August. Additionally, participants are invited to the program’s live sessions:
- Welcome to Teaching@UW – Tuesday, Sept 9, 9:30AM -12:00PM (Zoom, with live captions)
- Connecting on Campus – Wednesday, Sept 10, 11:30AM – 2:30PM (in person at the Seattle campus)
Faculty who are unable to attend the live sessions are still welcome to participate in the Canvas site at any time.
Faculty will not need a UW email address to register for the program. However, all participants will need a UW email account to access the Canvas site and Zoom sessions in August/September. Faculty members can reach out to their departments for a sponsored UW email if they do not yet have a UW email account set up and hope to access the Canvas site on or after August 1, 2024.
