  • Week of August 3: Invitations are sent to new faculty members on an ongoing basis
  • Week of August 3 – August 31 (5:00 p.m.): Online registration is open for invitees
  • September 9 & 10: Faculty Fellows Program takes place online

How to register

Participation in the Faculty Fellows Program is by invitation. UW departments determine which of their new faculty members will receive invitations.

Invitations are sent to new faculty beginning August 3. We encourage those who have not received their invitation to check their spam and junk folders for an email from facfells@uw.edu.

Once an invitation is received, invitees must RSVP by registering through our online WebQ survey. A link to the survey is provided in the email. Invitees will need their UW NetID to access the online form. Submission of the registration form confirms full participation.

Instructions on how to set up a UW NetID can be found on IT Connect’s About UW NetIDs page.
